You pay for the cleaning or equipment rental directly to the provider. Očisti never takes a cut of the actual job.
Are the providers on the platform verified?
Yes. We only accept registered companies and sole traders, and we verify their tax ID before a profile goes live on the marketplace.
Can I book without creating an account?
Yes, guest booking works too. We only ask for your name, contact and address when you actually book a slot.
How do I know the prices are accurate?
The price list on a provider's profile is the same tool they use to run their own calendar every day. It's not a marketing brochure.
Can I leave a review without booking?
No, only a customer with a completed booking at that provider can leave a review, to keep ratings honest.
