Yard and driveway washing

Included in the price: Surface washing and rinsing. Debris removal is agreed separately.

Paving washing (stone, concrete, marble)

Included in the price: Pressure matched to the surface, since marble and stone will not take what concrete will. Joint sanding is extra.

Fence washing

Included in the price: Washed on both sides. If you charge per running metre, switch the unit to per job and say so here.

Pool washing

Included in the price: Walls and floor of an emptied pool. Refilling and chemicals are not included.

Stairs washing

Included in the price: Outdoor stairs and landings. Handrail and railing are counted separately.
