Included in the price: Outdoor stairs and landings. Handrail and railing are counted separately.

Included in the price: Floor washing and water drainage. Oil stains and grease need a separate agent and cost extra.

Facade washing

Included in the price: Pressure washing with moss and algae removal. Anti-regrowth treatment is extra.

Yard and driveway washing

Included in the price: Surface washing and rinsing. Debris removal is agreed separately.

Paving washing (stone, concrete, marble)

Included in the price: Pressure matched to the surface, since marble and stone will not take what concrete will. Joint sanding is extra.

Solar panel cleaning on a family house

Included in the price: Soft brush and deionised water, no detergent. Covers up to 20 panels on a pitched roof; if you charge per panel, state your per-panel price here.

Panel cleaning on a warehouse or business building

Included in the price: Washing the panel surface from a flat or shallow-pitched roof. Work above 3 metres and lift hire are agreed separately.

Ground-mounted solar farm cleaning

Included in the price: Washing the panel array with our own tanked water. Mowing and vegetation removal under the structure are not included.

Solar thermal collector cleaning

Included in the price: Washing the collector glass and frame. Bleeding the system and any plumbing work are excluded, as they need a licensed installer.

Bird droppings and nest removal from panels

Included in the price: Removal of droppings, feathers and nesting material from under the panels, plus glass washing. Bird mesh fitting costs extra.
